  • We welcome and appreciate any suggestions or comments you might like to provide. At our discretion we are pleased to offer free licenses for particularly useful or relevant feedback.

 

 

  • Please include the following in your e-mail to ensure we understand your problem and system:

  1. The symptom of the problem, including any error message.

  2. What you were doing when the error occurred (e.g. installing, searching, playing.)

  3. Which operating system you are using.

  4. A description of your computer specifications if you know them (e.g. RAM, CPU speed, Hard drive size - if known).

  5. What program (yes please!) and which version of the program you have installed (See the Help/About menu)

  6. Screen dumps or Digital photos are particularly useful for illustrating problems and may save typing. Alternatively Powerpoint or Word documents can be effective ways to send images.

  7. Please advise a backup e-mail address and fax number, as these days of viruses and spam can stop customers receiving our e-mails. (Thanks viruses!)

  8. Any other information that you feel may be relevant or useful to help us help you.

If you wish, enter this information into our Feedback page and send it to us this way. Files, screen dumps and digital images will need to be e-mailed please.

We aim to get back to you as soon as possible.   Complete customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

 

  • Please note: an occasional problem we encounter is that our e-mail support responses are rejected and therefore not received by the customer. If you find we seem to not respond please consider if you could have a spam blocker or similar blocking our e-mail responses.  CheqSoft does not generate spam, however we seem to have made it onto some spam blocking devices.   This presumably is a result of  viral activity on the Internet.  If this is the case for you and you are not receiving responses from us then we suggest you make the appropriate response to your spam blocker or IT department.  We end up receiving e-mails, responding - but not being heard!  Neither do we enjoy this either!  Perhaps e-mailing us an alternative e-mail address or advising a fax number might be useful to overcome this.  Any other solutions would be appreciated.
